"I had to cancel my order and..."
I had to cancel my order and thought the refund was going to take forever, because refunds always seem to be a whole thing. But it came back way faster than I expected, with no annoying back-and-forth or hassle. Happy with how quickly they handled it.
"Checkout was fine, just a bit clunky"
Checkout worked in the end, so that was good. Still, it felt a little clunky in spots. Annoying. I had to double-check the shipping info, and one of the pages loaded slowly once. Meh. Not the worst experience, but ordering parts could definitely be a little smoother.

"Didn’t really feel like a dealer I could trust"
I ordered a part from them, but the information they gave me didn’t line up with what was shown on the site. When I reached out to ask about it, I expected a faster and clearer response, but the replies were short and didn’t really answer my questions.
Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but it just didn’t sit right with me. It felt a little shady, and I don’t think I’d feel comfortable placing another order with them.

I ordered a part from oemlexusparts.com, and not too long after, something wasn’t right with it. I figured the warranty stuff would be simple, but it just felt way more frustrating than it needed to be.
They kept asking for things I had already sent, and the replies took forever. I don’t know, the whole thing just had this annoying feeling like nobody was really trying to help or take it seriously.
After all that, I was still basically left waiting and had to sort things out on my own. I really didn’t like how it all went, and I wouldn’t order from them again if warranty support is something you care about.

"Install info was lacking"
I got the part fine, no issue there, but the install help was almost nonexistent. I kept thinking, okay maybe the next page explains it... nope. Ended up bouncing between forums, YouTube videos, and a couple random posts just to figure out what should’ve been basic steps. Maybe it’s obvious if you’ve done this before, but I hadn’t, so it turned into way more of a project than expected. I just wish oemlexusparts.com included clearer instructions or at least pointed to some actual guidance

"Payment seemed fine for the most part"
Checkout went through without any issues, and the payment page looked secure, at least from what I could tell. I do think it would be nice to see clearer info about payment protection before putting in card details, though. Overall it was okay, I guess, just something that could feel a bit more reassuring.

"Finding parts was more work than I expected"
I had a frustrating time trying to search for parts. I entered my Lexus model thinking it would narrow things down for me, but I still got a bunch of odd results that didn’t really help. I ended up having to guess part numbers myself, which isn’t what I wanted to deal with.

"Order showed up right and on time"
I ordered a couple of small Lexus parts and was just really hoping they’d send the right ones.
The delivery was accurate, and everything in the box matched what I picked out on the site. It showed up the day they said it would, with no missing items or weird wrong part numbers.
I’m giving it 4 stars only because the tracking update was a little slow at first. Other than that, it was a really easy order and I don’t have any real complaints.

"I lost confidence after asking about fitment"
I reached out last week with what I thought was a straightforward fitment question, but the answer I got just didn’t make sense. At first I figured maybe I was misunderstanding something, so I followed up, but it still felt like they were kind of guessing instead of actually knowing the part. By the end of the day, I decided not to place the order because I just didn’t feel confident trusting the information they gave me.
"Shipping overseas worked, but I felt a bit overlooked"
I was able to find the Lexus part I needed, and checking out was easy. The international shipping options, though, felt really limited and the prices weren’t exactly cheap. I also wish they gave clearer delivery estimates before I paid. As an overseas buyer, it kind of felt like we’re an afterthought. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely could be better.

so I ordered these expecting genuine OEM parts, but they just didn’t feel right to me. The quality seemed off and they felt kind of fake, so I wasn’t confident they were actually OEM.

"Exchange went through, but the handling was careless"
I did get the exchange done in the end, but it took longer than I expected. What bothered me more was how careless the handling felt, like my item wasn’t really being treated with much attention. It worked out, but the whole process could’ve been smoother

I placed the order thinking the part was in stock, but after ordering they told me it wasn’t available. Frustrating and a waste of time. I’d check with them first before ordering.

"Core charge refund put me in a bad mood"
I ordered from oemlexusparts.com, and the whole core charge refund process left me frustrated. I sent my old part back like I was supposed to, but then I kept having to follow up just to figure out what was going on with the refund. It dragged on longer than I expected, and the updates I got weren’t very clear. The part itself may have been fine, but dealing with the return and waiting around for the core charge made the whole order feel like more of a headache than it was worth.

I ordered a Lexus part because it looked like it was in stock, so I figured it would be a straightforward thing. After I placed the order, though, I got the update that it was actually on backorder, which was a bit of a letdown. I totally get that parts get delayed and inventory can change, but I kind of wish that had been clearer before I checked out.
The bigger frustration was that the updates weren’t great, so I ended up having to reach out myself to see what was going on. They did get back to me eventually, but it felt slow and a little vague, and I waited longer than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but i probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to order from them again

I emailed them twice about my order and didn’t hear anything back for days, which was really frustrating. I figured maybe email was just slow, so I tried calling too, but that wasn’t any better. From my experience, it felt like once they had my order, getting a response from anyone wasn’t much of a priority.
